uncomfortable at office
I have been innocent of what is happening at office. seems few guys are getting some training outside. This looked pecular because i usually was informed even for silly things.
I usually hate double standards by people including me. I was not even asked once before telling me that i should work on different work. I feel when i become a lead or manager i should avoid this. Its the individual who make the organization. we cant just like that impose anything on anybody or we cant even take anything for granted.
